Sound familiar?

You are not broken.
You are held together by manual effort.

The business is not failing. It is just running on you. Every repetitive task, every copy and paste job, every follow up that lives in your head is capacity you cannot get back.

See what we automate
01

The inbox never empties, and the important messages get buried under the routine ones.

02

Leads need researching, but there is never a clear hour to do it properly.

03

The CRM is always slightly out of date because updating it is the first thing to slip.

04

Reports get assembled by hand, copying numbers between tabs every single time.

05

Content and outreach stall because there is no one to prepare the first draft.

06

You know AI could help, but every demo felt like a toy, not a system.

What we build

Systems, not demos.

We do not sell you another tool to manage. We build the process that runs between your tools, with humans in control of the decisions that matter.

New · SEO for bots

When your customer asks AI,
are you the answer?

People do not Google the way they used to. They ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Gemini, and the reply names a handful of businesses. We make sure yours is one of them: found, understood, and trusted by the machines that now decide who gets recommended.

Right sized by design

The biggest model is rarely
the right answer.

Most AI is built the lazy way. Send everything to the most expensive model, and hope the invoice makes sense later. We build the opposite. Each task goes to the smallest thing that does it well, runs on local models where they fit, and wakes only when there is work to do.

Same result, a fraction of the running cost, and a system you stay in control of. Lighter on your budget, and lighter on the planet, on purpose.

  • The biggest model is rarely the best answer, or the cheapest.
  • Always on compute burns money. Ours wakes only for the job.
  • Long context is not free. We keep what matters and drop the rest.
  • Local models cut data movement, repeat calls, and cost.
  • You always know what each part costs, and why it is there.

A morning, reorganised

  • Wake up to a researched lead list
  • Draft replies ready for your review
  • A content calendar prepared from your own notes
  • Meeting notes turned into proposal drafts
  • Competitors monitored without you checking sites
  • CRM records kept current
  • A morning briefing with what needs attention
The one person business

Build the team before you hire the team.

If you are a one person business, you do not need a lecture about efficiency. You need capacity. The emails still need answering. Leads still need researching. The work keeps arriving even when you are asleep.

We build a small team of AI assistants that gives a one person business an operating layer they could not afford to hire. This is not about replacing judgment. It is about removing the grind around it.

AI training

We build the systems.
We teach people to work with them.

Practical AI briefings, workshops and bespoke programmes for people and teams who want useful capability without the hype. In person across London and the South East, or live online.

The founder

I spent my life learning to speak to machines.

Then one day they finally learnt how to speak to me in English. I have been coding since I was five, from a green screen Amstrad CPC 464 and BBC BASIC through a Computer Science degree and a lifetime of systems. I was also a musician, sound engineer, and data analyst.

Code, sound, data, and AI are all signal work: finding structure in noise and building the chain that turns it into something useful. The name comes from audio. Headroom is the capacity you need before a signal clips and distorts. We find the headroom inside your business.
